Instruments from different ancestral traditions including, flutes, singing bowls, gongs, voice and different rattles and healing tools used in rituals of purification around America, will be played following the purpose of the day.
This practice enhances the experience or inner quest and it will be presided by an opening ceremony to welcome and honour the four corners of the Medicine Wheel. We will also talk about the "Nahual" or Animal guide of the day which helps to lead the purpose. "This is been the way that our Elders have always taught us with much kindness.
