"The Sacred Ways to Self Love" 5th - 7th SEPTEMBER A series of 4 Retreats created by Colombian Anthar Kharana We are pleased to share with you that Anthar Kharana is returning to the UK from his homeland in the Andean Jungle of Colombia to continue this healing journey through the seasons of 2025. The Sacred Ways to Self Love is a program of ancestral studies designed by Anthar Kharana, focusing on exploring the four aspects of life connected to the awakening and expansion of our inner light. Across four weekend retreats, participants are invited to step into a self‑empowering process, releasing external dependencies we often place on society, relationships, or work, and instead reclaiming the love and wholeness that can only be nurtured within. The third of the four retreats in 2025 is called: “Spiritual Soul Retrieval” – a powerful journey through the Door of Fire. According to the ancient medicine ways of the Americas, the East is the place of Fire, the source of renewal, vision, and awakening. During this retreat, Anthar will guide you through sacred practices to retrieve the soul fragments lost through trauma, fear, or pain, fragments that, once returned, restore our ability to believe, to trust, and to fully live again. During this weekend retreat, Anthar will share: *Deep ancestral teachings on soul retrieval and the Fire of the East *Sacred ceremonies and fire rituals for calling back lost parts of the self *Ancestral sound journeys and live music *Connection with nature and the plant kingdom *Healing practices to clear old imprints and reignite the inner flame Through sacred circles of word, music, ceremony, and the embrace of community, Anthar will support you in reclaiming hidden aspects of yourself and restoring your inner light. With over 25 years of experience, Anthar has led retreats, ceremonies, workshops, and concerts in more than 16 countries. He is the founder of Escuela Ancestral Colombia, Tribal Sound Healing, and the Tambora Foundation, and co‑director of ANSU School of Sound in Scotland and the Ancestral Pathways School in England.
