A big Thank you to all the family that got together to make this last weekend possible and successful! to Suzanne Harris for coming all the way down from Scotland!, and along with her the dear sisters Joanne Richardson and lucy! and Kay! and tho the family in Bristol Joanne from Rainmaker, Paul & Ann form Poco Drum, Karen together with my dear beloved Helen and Zendala love! and thank you City Yoga for letting it happen in tha house! :)

Hello dear Family in Bristol, finally we manage to start a series of workshops in Bristol Area focused on the incredible benefit of working closely with sound in a therapeutic way and also to help exploring different aspects of your life through learning different exercises and techniques that will bring happiness to your path.

Explore, discover and learn about the power of sound as a healing and transformational tool through fun practical exercises and enjoying lots of sonic experiences!! Sound healing is one of the oldest forms of medicine and is experiencing a rebirth as more people become attuned to the knowledge of vibration, frequency and our connections to it.

•Learn about the fundamentals of sound healing & scientific research

•Practice how to use sound healing for yourself and others

•Experience bowl playing techniques and discover your healing voice

•Learn and explore how to use sound with the Chakra system

Led By Anthar Kharana from Tribal Sound Healing and Suzanne Harris from Soundsphere, both fully qualified Sound Therapy Practitioners from the British Academy of Sound Therapy (BAST)

some info about our day:
Welcoming the corner of the Earth, the Mama, The Mother, representing the levels where our physical body grows and unfolds. Today is a day to re-establish our ground, to stand up high like a Tree, to return to our grace and peace with each other, remembering that we are Nature, that there is no separation, there are no animals and plants separated from us, we are part of the whole.

In the wheel of ancient Mayan wisdom, the powerful medicine of the Armadillo, governs this day, bringing us the connection of the Heart of the Sky with the Heart of the Earth. It manifests all what we can become when following the wisdom from the heavens into our path. This medicine brings the armour that we use when difficult situations approaches. Armadillo carries his armour on the back and he can roll up as a ball and nothing can penetrate him. What a gift to set our boundaries so that harmful words and intentions just roll off.

So lets set up whatever we are willing to experience as our shield, a shield where anything out of our wishes roll off, and if anything out of that shield make us feel invaded, Armadillo says “whenever you feel invaded just call me, I am there”.
